Says Matt: “Hey hey hey – This is the new American Contemporary spot / gastropub / whiskey bar from the owners of Empty Bottle and the former chef at Tizi Melloul and Atlantique. I’ve always liked dealing with the Bottle guys, so I’m curious to try this. Based on what I’ve read, I expect it to be quite tasty, somewhat hip and possibly kinda crowded. They don’t take reservations, but I spoke to a woman there who seems to think we’ll be ok if we’re there to put our names in 15-45 min. early (the holiday weekend was the cause for her uncertain range). So, since it’s as much a bar as a restaurant, I figured we’d just have Drunk Club there. I’ll be there at 5:30 to get our names in. They also just opened up an outdoor patio last week, so perhaps that’s an option too. We’ll see. Lemme know by Friday at noon if you’d like to join us. Thanks!”
