Says Audra: “So the quest for the best pizza in Chicago continues. I had never heard of Gino’s North before a couple months ago, and I maintain that this is THE best stuffed pizza I have ever had. Gino’s North is nothing to look at from the outside, inside it’s retro in the best of ways. The menu is pretty simple, and the pizza is made by a little old lady who must have fingers of gold. It’s the best crust and sauce I’ve ever sampled. They don’t take reservations, and there are only about 5 booths and a row of chairs along the bar. We will definitely be splitting up into smaller groups should there be a lot of us. I’m willing to get there early to see what I can do, but will need to know who’s coming.”
